1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Unauthorized returns or items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (subject to availability).

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and will need to follow the standard return process once received.
7. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned items that are not defective or damaged.
This helps cover inspection, repackaging, and restocking costs.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost once verified.
